Do you offer FREE shipping?
If your purchase total comes to AUD$275 or more you will receive the FREE Shipping option during checkout. There is NO free shipping for international purchases or Special Order Products. We highly recommend that you fill your cart without any “Special Order” items to qualify for FREE shipping. If you cart contains a Special Order, you will not get the FREE ship option. So keep them seperate!
Will I always be allocated a Pre-Order when it arrvies?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a Pre-Order product from any manufacturer especially that of Pokémon. Pre-Orders to our suppliers may be rejected if there is not enough stock. In this case, you will be given the option for a refund or store credit.
What is a Special-Order?
Here’s the cool part! An example of a special order is that you want a product from us which is out of stock. If it’s labelled “Special Order”, you can pay and we will forward the order direct to our warehouse in Japan. The product will be packed and sent via DHL to your home. There is a minimum order quantity attached to the order which will be listed on the product page for you. Please review our Shipping Policy for details!
Are your products Genuine?
100% Yes, all our products are Genuine. We have gone through many processes to ensure stock that arrives is pure. Special Order products are also Genuine and strictly sourced from reputable suppliers. As part of our quality control, we will order as a random customer ourselves from the Special Order categories and inspect contents to ensure compliance is maintained.
Why is there a surcharge?
A surcharge appears depending on which payment method you have selected during checkout or set as your preference. If you see a surcharge in your cart before checkout, just proceed to checkout and it can be removed by selecting and paying using the “Bank Deposit/PayID” payment option.

Are your products located and shipped in Australia?
All in-stock products are located within Australia and shipped using Australia Post. All Special Order products are stocked in our Japan warehouse and sent out using DHL. Please see our Shipping Policy for important details about DHL.
PayID
PayID payments are processed in near real-time, typically within seconds or minutes, but can be delayed up to 24 hours for first-time or higher-risk transactions as a security measure. We typically confirm orders made by PayID within 1 to 4 Hours which is faster thana bank deposit. However some banks use Osko which will make bank deposit fast too, this is checked frequently.
